A great majority of employment matters are confidential. However, in a public litigation, I was counsel in a matter against the Police Department of the City of Oakland on behalf of Jane and Mary Doe who were subjected to unwarranted traffic stops due to their race/ethnicity/gender and who were also subjected to inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature by a former police officer. Said matter settlement for $190,000.00 as a compromise of their claims.
